1. About this store

2. Shopping and accounts

You may browse and place an order as a guest or create an account for this store. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Guest access to an order depends on information saved in the browser used to place it. Clearing that information or switching browsers may prevent you from reopening the order. Contact us if you need help locating it.

3. Products, availability and prices

Review the product description, selected option, quantity, and price before ordering. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock or lock its price. Availability and prices are checked again when an order is created.

Use a currency offered by this store. The amount and currency saved with your order are shown on the order page. Later changes to product prices or store exchange rates do not change that order amount.

4. Delivery charges and taxes

Delivery is available to 170 South 49th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68132, United States. The current checkout does not add a shipping charge.

After payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Pre-order, custom, or out-of-stock items may follow separate arrangements, and customer support will communicate about delays.

Standard express or postal delivery is arranged according to the destination. Delivery is expected within 7–15 business days after handover to the carrier, excluding preparation time. Actual timing may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, holidays, and carrier arrangements.

Product prices include taxes collected by the merchant, and no shipping charge is added at checkout. For cross-border delivery, any import duties or destination taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Contact customer support before ordering to confirm applicable charges.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting checkout creates an order awaiting payment. Follow the payment instructions on the order page. Payment is due within two hours of order creation, and the page displays the deadline.

Payment takes place through the FuturePay checkout. Returning to this store does not by itself confirm successful payment. Check the order’s payment status before trying again.

If a payment is awaiting review, appears duplicated, or was made after the order expired or was cancelled, contact us with the order number and payment reference. Please do not pay again while the result is being checked. A late payment does not automatically reactivate the order.

6. Changes and cancellation

Check your items and delivery address before submitting checkout. The website does not provide an order-editing function after the order is created. For an unpaid order with no payment record, the order page offers a Cancel order action. Once a payment has been initiated, self-service cancellation may no longer be available.
